Return truck back to stock. Hook pmt sd card to computer and delete all files. Click link and open onto computer. Extract all files. Copy and paste files onto pmt sd card. Go to select/change vehicle on pmt on select your truck, let the pmt reboot then go to  install download on pmt and install the download. It will still have extreme as the top option but it is infact crazy larry.
